Terms of Service

Entering the Astrynoxa System
By docking at Astrynoxa, you accept the gravitational pull of these Terms of Service. Our platform exists as a free-play Social Casino, and your participation implies full agreement with every clause contained in this document.
Crew Eligibility
Only individuals who have reached eighteen (18) years of stellar age may access the Astrynoxa system. You affirm that you satisfy this criterion each time you navigate our pages. Should mission control determine that this threshold has not been met, access privileges will be immediately revoked.
Mission Parameters
Astrynoxa is a recreational Social Casino. All games are free to play and involve no real-money transactions. Virtual tokens, galactic credits, or score multipliers visible within our games are simulated constructs. They possess no exchange value in any real-world economic system and cannot be converted, traded, or withdrawn.
Code of Conduct
All visitors must operate within the bounds of ethical behaviour. Attempting to breach our security protocols, manipulate game logic, inject malicious payloads, or interfere with other visitors' experiences constitutes a violation of these terms. Such actions will trigger permanent exclusion from the Astrynoxa network.
Proprietary Systems
Every asset within Astrynoxa — including visual designs, codebase architecture, audio compositions, game mechanics, and written content — belongs to Astrynoxa or its designated licensors. Unauthorised duplication, modification, or distribution of any component is forbidden under applicable intellectual property laws.
System Uptime
While we aim for continuous orbital stability, Astrynoxa cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance cycles, unexpected anomalies, or external factors may cause temporary disruptions. We bear no liability for inconvenience caused by such events.
Terms Evolution
These terms may be updated as the Astrynoxa platform evolves. Revised versions become effective immediately upon publication. We recommend periodic review to stay informed of any modifications.
